I would not even give it 1 star if that was a choice. I will NEVER, EVER take any of my vehicles to King Automotive in Ashland City TN. The manager thinks he can just do whatever work or order whatever parts he thinks that needs to fix the problem WITHOUT contacting the customer. No communication at all!!! Never calls.....we always have to call to see what is happening with our vehicle. Then after the fact, we find out what he has took upon himself to do, WITHOUT a single phone call. Very, very disgusted with the service and fake personality of the manager (won't mention a name). I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER!!!
Didn't have exactly what I wanted so Randy went and found the truck I was looking for. I have purchased quite a few vehicles in my life and this was the best experience I have had. Randy was great and not only will I recommend King automotive to my friends and family I will be going back as well.
