Terrible experience. Forgot to replace oil cap back on. $500+ in damages and auto manager Matt had little answers to claim process. Just piss poor
My wife and daughter-in-law were traveling from Alabama to Missouri, and they blew a tire near Nashville in the evening. Justin is the manager at this Tire & Lube, and even though they were just closing, he and Matthew put on a new tire for her and helped her on her way.
