My lab reports from a week and a half ago are not on the site Why? I went to Brandy Enoch and had lab tests done. The nurse has called me with results. Why can’t I review on site?
Refills on Rx is always a problem. My PCP is Dr Reggie Anderson, but he's always busy - I haven't seen him in over 1 year. So I wind up having to drive from Kingston Springs on a moments notice....I dread it whenever I need an Rx because I know it's gonna be a big hassle & take up a lot of time for the transaction to be completed.
And if I fall into disfavor with nurses or other staff, it takes even longer.
I always feel welcome and deAna always listens and helps me. She is the reason I'm getting the correct treatment and I am forever grateful. She also takes good care of my daddy and that makes it so much more of a great place.
Saw Brandy when my regular NP was out due to a family emergency. Brandy did an excellent job of taking care of me and now I feel comfortable with seeing either NP at TriStar. Both Brandy and Deanna are excellent caregivers.
