I have ordered flowers 5 times for my sons grave over the past two years. I have never been disappointed. Excellent customer service.
Ordered a dozen roses on Valentine's day, they delivered 6. Called to tell of the problem they acted like I was crazy and couldn't count to 12. Charged me 82.50 for 6 roses and would not make good on the sell, I'm out 82.50 for 6 crappy looking roses, didn't think going to jail was worth 80 bucs. These people are very rude and not in to costumer service. I will never buy from them again, suggest you do the same.

I wasn't sure what type of bouquet I wanted, for my wedding, so I asked for her to design me one...well what a great decision, because it was so BEAUTIFUL!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! The price was great and I was very happy. Will use them again, if ever needed in future!
