The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because 0 stars isn't an option. First off, they over charge you for used items. But my biggest issue with this specific store in Ashland City is that they don't listen and they tell everyone your business. My grandma was listed as a personal reference and they called her and told her that if I didn't answer the phone that they would take me to court and then they contacted me and told me to return the furniture. Yes, I am behind but I've told them to come get their stuff. I told the lady to be at my house after 5pm due to my job and my neighbors sent me a picture at 3:01pm with them sitting in my driveway. Then, while at work, I get a call from my grandma saying that Aaron's had been to my house and they were coming back to get their stuff. I just got out of the finance business, by law, all they are allowed to tell your references are that they are from a local company and they need to get in contact with me. But no, they told our business. So yes, I am leaving a bad review because these are sorry people. Making threats, not listening, and telling my business. I will never be doing business with this company ever again and I am spreading the word everywhere.

Great place to rent a washer and dryer. The supervisor delivered it to our house and explained how it worked. They're really helpful explaining payments and working with us if we have to pay a couple of days later.
