I ordered pizza online, over an hour later I called the store and got no answer. I called back and after 5 minutes someone finally answered. So, sounds like they don't have enough drivers to deliver pizza in a timely manner. He was waiting for a driver. Delivery should not be an option if they can't deliver. Knowing this, I would have ordered from somewhere else or planned accordingly. Meanwhile, pizzas are made and get cold waiting for someone to deliver them. Customers are waiting on a pizza delivered an hour and a half later.
So my general view is that a nice steak house in any major city is basically the same. Good steak, good sides, and the atmosphere makes or breaks it. I would say Kayne Prime is a little different. First, the atmosphere is great.
Friends from college and I were catching-up in Nashville over a long weekend, and one of us made a reservation at Miel after seeing it recommended by the food critic of the local paper. We were glad we'd done our research--it wasn't in a part of town that's super-common for tourists, and by the end of the meal, we were glad we'd ventured over to experience this French-inspired place.
I ordered 2 large 3 topping pizza for dinner tonight. It was the BEST PIZZA WE HAD IN A WHILE. Even had the great appearance and perfect amount of toppings. Crust was on target! We will be ordering again soon.
Normally great. This time though probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had. An hour and a half after I ordered, my driver was in Springfield??? Manager said they would remake it and send it at no charge. That was nice.... But An hour and 20 minutes after that, still no pizzas. 3 hours. Really......
