Beautiful park with natural trails in the woods. Lots of various types of plants and colorful mushrooms. You can walk a short trail or combine them for a longer hike. Loved the trail that runs beside the creek. Afterword you can relax in the rocking chairs on the back deck at the Nature Center.

Good parking, clearly marked trails, easy to get to. The visitors center was set up very child friendly, but also had a nice selection of books for people interested in knowing more about the plants/animals/geology of the area.

Great trails. 3 mile loop with an additional 1.7 mile ridge trail

Best kept hiking secret in Nashville. Usually not a lot of people there, several miles of trails with decent incline if you like, and a nature center too. Or you can just hang by the creek.

Beautiful hike and trail. A great place to go for first time or easy hikes. If you want something a little harder there are plenty of opportunities to take a steep incline down to the river. Would recomend and can't wait to go back.
