Our power was shut off after an issue with our auto draft. It was shut off at 1:15 PM (before the close of business) when I should've had until 4:30 to pay the bill. That aside, I then paid a $150 after hours reconnect fee. Nothing. The customer service line (and only number) goes in loops. There is no real person. I am now out $150 for an after hours reconnection and still no power!
