The outside of my package was damaged, no biggie the inside was probably okay. Nope. Because they decided to SHOVE IT INTO MY MAILBOX. Something bigger than my mailbox and you shove it in there.
I repeatedly have issues out of this post office. They are really fond of not delivering my packages. But they are often decent at the office itself.
Had a packaging coming and tracking said it was forwarded. I called the post office and they explained to me that they accidentally put it in the wrong bin, and said they would drop it off at my house. Guy that I was talking to was nice as well. All in all very pleased with their customer service
I am very unhappy with my experience with this post office. They make up lies so they don't have to deliver your packages not to mention they are Christmas presents. Then when you call they treat you like trash! They are so unprofessional and disrespectful. This isn't the first time this has happened either! So disgusted with this place!
Too bad I can't rate with a negative star. They did not deliver my RUSH SHIPPED order THREE DAYS before Christmas, their "reason"(excuse) was because "they could not gain access to my front door". Apparently this reason is used for gated communitys. We DO NOT live in a gated community!! We do not have a fence, we do not have an outside dog, we have a paved driveway with a sidewalk and ONE step up onto our covered porch... Packages have been delivered to my house DAILY for over a month! So I would love to know what difficulties presented themselves in order to prevent access to my front door??!!! If I had the option to ONLY use UPS or FedEx, I would. This is absolutely ridiculous and to lie to cover your mistake is just inexcusable.
