-the bathrooms are a good size, small bathtub.
The bad part of the apartment:
One of the worse places to stay. I thought it was a nice place, especially judging by location. First few weeks of moving in my car was hit and their terrible surveillanced parking lots did not assist with the incident (aparmtment management allows anyone to park and does not take concern of non-tenant parking) , which I had to file the report. Yet, I let this incident go without making this an issue as I knew, this was not the fault of the apartment. I recently had my apartment flooded; yet, I still don't know where the water issue is coming from as I never had an issue with any of my appliances, yet I am expected to pay for the damage. As well, when I requested for the apartment to check the pluming, after SPECIFICALLY REQUESTING not to enter perimeses unless a resident was present..as this was not a state of emergengy, this request was completely DISREGARDED the verbal and online request ( written/ printed for
I have lived here a year and I'm signing another lease.
-storage on your patio.
If you see the model apartment it is a 2 bedroom but the one you are seeing is BIGGER than the 2 bed room you will get. You don't get the nice expensive carpet like the one you see.
-fake wood in bathrooms and kitchen/laundry area.
Not to mention, the rates are ridiculously high for the area. 800 for 600 sq feet? We'll pass.
-noisy people
-New mangament has increased the rent to a redulous price without updating
If you want to pay over 1,000 dollars a month only to be treated like a criminal or treated with complete disrespect, I would highly advise going some elsewhere.
Other than that, this place is a great place to live. I do love it here!
-TRASH
I have lived in at apartments and this one feels like you aren't living in an apartment. There are some good and bass like any other apartment.
-No quite time In forced
I will not be resigning the lease. Worst experience ever, treated like a criminal though I represent two huge corporations and worked at the 16th judicial court. This has been the worst experience, ever. If I was not planning a huge event such as a wedding, I would pursue this matter legally. Maintenance/ apartment management are not converned of breaking an entry, nor do they care to treat their tenants with respect.
Documentation purposes) . As I have a copious amount of confidential information from work, as I work from home time-to-time, when I called extremely concerned and irritated, I was only retaliated with rebuttals of how I do not have the right to be mad. As I expressed the concerned of the legal matters I would face at work, I was only (again) retailed with attitude and why it was my fault; though legally, this was a huge legal matter as I was never even informed of maintenance entering the apartment.
The only down fall is that they have a contract I guess with accessmedia3 and that stinks. You have to go through Access Media for TV and Internet and that company is a joke. But other than that, Vantage Pointe is a great place to live.
I've lived in a 1st floor one bedroom apartment here for almost a year, and I absolutely love it! Yes, the price is higher than some others in the area, but you get what you pay for. The property is beautifully maintained, and every member of the staff I've met has been competent and genuinely friendly. My one bedroom feels really open and spacious thanks to lots of good storage space and an open kitchen. Plus, there's a little laundry nook off the kitchen with washer and dryer hookups and shelving.
-some people let their dogs out without a leash and watching them.
I love living here. Very clean and the people that work here are all so sweet! The apartment is big and worth the money for rent! Great place to live with your family and close to Nashville West. I have lived in many apartments and I love these!
I'll list the good ones first:
I've never had an issue with loud neighbors or bugs, which I've experienced frequently in other complexes I've lived in. The only problem I've encountered has been the parking. There aren't designated spaces, and people just park wherever they want to (and sometimes that means directly behind your car). There is, however, plenty of parking, it just might not be right by your building.
-Cheap meaterals
-Love The old staff
-If you live in a 2 bedroom like myself: the rooms are a good size.
Was looking at apartments in the area so I decided to check this one out with my boyfriend. We called the day before for Saturday to see if we needed t make an appointment. We were told we absolutely needed to make an appointment so we made one for noon.
Overall, I just love this place! If I weren't moving into the home I just purchased, I would definitely renew my lease.
We waited for 20 minutes before just leaving. Why did we make an appointment if someone was going to just be able to walk in and take our slot?
-Great for families
We arrived at 1155 and were informed by a gentleman that the leasing agent had taken someone else to view apts and would be right back.
