I'm happy Ashland City finally got a Burger King! It's definitely one of the better ones employees seem happy and very helpful and service is quick
Another time of not getting the order right and our food being cold. Hope they can get better help soon.
Best burger king I have visited. And I've stopped from Indiana to Louisiana. Burger hot and fresh. Employees were wonderful
It's typical for people to only leave a review when there's a bad experience so I wanted to share my positive review. My expectations are never typically high for fast food, but I've always been pleasantly surprised when my family visits this location. The service is always great. The food is always fresh and my orders are always correct and we have a picky eater who requires special orders. The first time we went through the drive through the line was long, but the restaurant had only been open for a week. That's being said, half of the county was still going as it was new and this county doesn't get new options very regularly. We've since visited as the newness is subsiding and the lines always move fast. If you visit during a typical rush of course expect a line, but it surpasses any other fast food joint in the town.
They get a lot of orders wrong at this location. Check your bags after you get your food from the drive through.
